Shipping
Christian Biker Store ships all orders within 3 business days. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail. Normal delivery is 2-4 business days excluding Sundays and Holidays. Once order leaves our warehouse, we cannot be responsible for it unless Shipping Insurance is purchased.
You will be notified by email of any delay in your order.
Returns
If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling.( USPS priority mail) If you order the wrong size shirt we will replace it, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return. All items returned must be in the same condition as received. All returns or exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds
If not totally satisfied, a full refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item.
Fraudulent Orders
If the owners of Christian Biker Store are suspicious of a fraudulent order, a thorough check will be done prior to the completion of that order. Including, but not limited to Address, telephone and credit card number verification.
If the above verification is not acceptable to our terms, the order will not be processed and all information will be turned over to the correct authorities.
